Are you seeking flexible, project-based work that seamlessly integrates with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is actively seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals to represent prominent consumer brands at exclusive 10-day roadshows held within Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and various other big-box retailers. This high-impact, short-term role involves demonstrating products, engaging shoppers, and driving sales. Following each show, there may be scheduled downtime, contingent on scheduling and brand requirements. This opportunity is ideal for those who thrive in event-based work environments and are looking for potential ongoing assignments.
We are currently looking for an Event Sales Specialist to be based at Costco-8629 120th Ave NE, Kirkland WA. The event dates are from October 24th to November 2nd. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-8:30 PM and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-6:30 PM.
- Set up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail environments, arranging products attractively to engage customers.
- Ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly and inviting manner to promote and sell products effectively.
- Provide compelling product demonstrations and articulate key features and benefits.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support broader sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for accurate timekeeping and comprehensive sales reporting.
- Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real time.
- Adhere strictly to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols throughout events, including the proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
- Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring all items are secure, clean, and replenished as necessary for each event.
In our fast-paced retail environment, adaptability and readiness for new challenges are key to success. To excel in this role, you will need the following:
- A high school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and successfully meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Must carry and maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
