Pop-Tarts Walmart Activation

We are seeking four energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to bring the fun to life at an exciting Pop-Tarts x Walmart activation! This event will be held outdoors in the Walmart parking lot, and we need a team that’s ready to engage, excite, and spread the love for Pop-Tarts, then assist with event breakdown at the end of the day.

Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for driving traffic to the Pop-Tarts x Walmart activation space, welcoming and engaging shoppers, educating them on the experience, encouraging participation in interactive elements, and handing out swag and samples. At the end of the shift, staff will also assist our on-site client team with breakdown duties.

Date & Time: November 8, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $30.00/hr
Parking: Free on site.

What You’ll Do:

• During the Event:
  • Drive traffic to the activation space and welcome Walmart shoppers with high energy.
  • Educate guests on the experience and encourage participation in interactive elements.
  • Hand out swag items and delicious Pop-Tarts samples.
  • Answer questions and provide helpful, friendly information.
  • Keep the vibe upbeat and fun while ensuring everyone has a positive brand experience.
  • Stay alert, focused, and off your phone, fully present in the action.
  • Work as a team, take direction from on-site leads, and roll with the flow.
  • Be ready to work outdoors for the entire shift (rain or shine!) with a positive attitude.
• After the Event (Breakdown):
  • Assist with boxing up event materials and supplies.
  • Help fold and move tables, break down a canopy, and assist with signage.
  • Support the client team with packing and organizing smaller assets.
  • Ensure the activation area is left clean, organized, and ready for truck loading.

No major heavy lifting is required, though staff should be prepared to assist with light-to-moderate physical tasks.
