Pop-Tarts Walmart Setup Activation

We are seeking four hardworking and reliable Labor Staff to assist with the setup of an exciting Pop-Tarts x Walmart activation. This is a hands-on role dedicated to event setup, ensuring all equipment, structures, and materials are safely and properly placed before the activation begins.

If you are strong, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting event build. Labor Staff will work directly with our on-site client team to unload the activation truck, move and position heavy assets, assemble furniture and event structures, and ensure the activation space is polished and event-ready.

Pay: $32.00/hr
Parking: Free on site

Responsibilities (Setup Only):

• Assist the client team with unloading the activation truck safely and efficiently.
• Move and place heavy materials such as tables, canopies/tents, signage and branded displays, furniture and event props, and boxes of supplies, décor, or swag.
• Assemble furniture and event assets as needed (may include chairs, shelving, branded fixtures, or light structures).
• Help with installation of canopies/tents, including securing them with weights or stakes if needed.
• Assist with hanging and positioning branded signage, ensuring it is properly displayed.
• Ensure all tables and displays are positioned according to layout plans provided by the client.
• Double-check that the activation space looks polished, safe, and professional before guests arrive.
• Follow all safety protocols when lifting, carrying, and assembling items.
• Work as a team with other labor staff and follow direction from the on-site lead/client team.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Follow instructions carefully to help bring the activation to life.
