About This Role
As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing the latest features of premium PCs. You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other new technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment. A typical day involves:
- Demonstrating premium HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store.
- Engaging and building rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
- Maintaining professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s).
- Training retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services, with a focus on PC innovation.
- Maintaining merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
- Providing reporting and competitive insights.
