Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan Activation

Join Karma Casting for one of North America's most iconic holiday programs: the Coca-Cola Caravan! We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to spread holiday cheer and create unforgettable experiences. If you have a passion for Coca-Cola and love connecting with consumers, this is the perfect opportunity to make every moment sparkle.

Brand Ambassadors will be sharing special Coca-Cola moments with consumers and serving beverages. This is an outdoor activation that will be hosted rain or shine. You must be comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

Important Requirements:

• Must have a valid Food Safety certificate.
• Must have reliable access to a vehicle.

Program Details:

• The program activates for 5 days in each market/region.
• We are casting for individuals with open availability, ideally able to work all or most days in each market.
• Each day will feature two stops at nearby locations (maximum 20-30 minutes apart).
• There will be a 2-2.5 hour break between stops to allow for travel and a personal break. Please note that an estimated 1 hour of this break/travel time between locations will be unpaid, while the remaining 1-1.5 hours will be paid. (This paid/unpaid time may vary based on market and event locations).

Training:

• Training will be conducted in-person, on-site, prior to the event.

Compensation & Expenses:

• Pay Rate: $25 per hour.
• Expense Reimbursement: $15.00 for gas per day.
• Parking Reimbursement: $20.00 per day (if needed).

All Karma Casting positions are W2 employment and are paid out on a weekly basis.

• Week 2 (November 19th - 23rd): Philadelphia, PA; Nashville, TN; Birmingham, AL; Indianapolis, IN; Lubbock, TX; and Phoenix, AZ
• Week 3 (November 26th - 30th): Baltimore, MD; Richmond/Norfolk, VA; Montgomery, AL; Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; and San Diego, CA
• Week 4 (December 3rd - 7th): Bethlehem, PA; Charlotte, NC; Tampa/Orlando, FL; Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA
• Week 5 (December 10th - 14th): Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Houston, TX; and Las Vegas, NV
