Comcast ComplexCon Brand Activation

Karma Casting is seeking eight (8) dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent Comcast Xfinity at ComplexCon Las Vegas 2025, one of the most influential festivals celebrating culture, creativity, and connection. This is an opportunity to engage with the biggest names and most passionate fans in streetwear, sneakers, art, and music. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors who embody this energy to bring Xfinity’s presence to life by engaging authentically, sharing insights, and creating memorable experiences for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently engage attendees in conversations about culture, fashion, and music while introducing them to the Xfinity brand.
• Use provided talking points to highlight Xfinity’s products and features naturally.
• Assist with event setup, crowd flow, and maintaining a clean, organized booth environment.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and strong communication.

Talent Profile:

• Experienced, outgoing, and culturally fluent with a strong understanding of current trends.
• Comfortable engaging with Gen Z and diverse audiences.
• Knowledgeable in fashion, streetwear, music, and pop culture.
• Dependable, personable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Application Requirements:

Applicants must submit one of the following for client review:

• A link to your Instagram and/or TikTok profile that showcases your personality and communication style.
• A short intro video (30–60 seconds) explaining why you would be a great fit for this activation.

Event Schedule:

Location: Las Vegas Convention Center – 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

• Saturday, October 25th, 2025: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Sunday, October 26th, 2025: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Training: 1-hour virtual session on Thursday, October 23rd (time TBD)

Uniform:

• Provided by Client: Branded hoodie + cargo pants (sizes will be collected).
• Talent to Wear: Neutral sneakers (no competitor logos preferred).
