Dell Brand Ambassador Retail Activation

The Brand Representative (BA) will solely focus on enhancing brand awareness and cultivating relationships within retail environments, representing Dell. This role is perfect for a social individual who excels at building connections and generating enthusiasm for Dell's brand and products. Success in this position requires outstanding communication skills and the capacity to foster positive and meaningful interactions with both store associates and potential customers. The Brand Representative will utilize these relationships to drive sales, provide training, and manage merchandising of Dell products across the assigned market. While comprehensive product training will be supplied, we are seeking candidates who bring their unique personality and positive drive to the team. Typical Day-in-the-Life as a Dell Brand Advocacy Representative:

• Work schedule is typically Tuesday - Saturday, offering flexibility to ensure a positive work/life balance while meeting business demands.
• Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis.
• Incentives provided based on achieving designated sales goals for Dell products.
• Build partnerships and trust with key in-store stakeholders, including shoppers and retail associates.
• Leverage relationship building to educate retail associates on the latest Dell offerings.
• Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are upheld through regular inspections of all Dell branded displays and marketing materials.
• Travel within the assigned territory to visit various retailers, generating brand excitement among managers and retail associates.
