Dell In-Store Brand Activation

The Brand Representative (BA) will be primarily responsible for building relationships and brand awareness for Dell within retail stores. We are looking for a "people-person" who can cultivate relationships and generate excitement about Dell's brand and products. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers. The Brand Representative will leverage these relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products throughout the specified market. Product training will be provided; we need you to bring your personality and positive energy. An ideal candidate will be able to foster an environment of engagement with Dell products and promotions. As a Dell Brand Advocacy Representative, you will:

• Typically work Tuesday - Saturday. The schedule is flexible to create a positive work/life balance while meeting business needs.
• Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis.
• Receive incentives based on designated sales goal performance for Dell products.
• Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside stores, including shoppers and retail associates.
• Leverage relationship building to educate retail associates on the latest Dell offerings.
• Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained by regularly inspecting all Dell branded displays and marketing.
• Travel within your assigned territory to physically visit various retailers, generating brand excitement from managers and retail associates.
