About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is actively seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists to join our dynamic demo team for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for in-store demos and sales-driven new product launches for our esteemed clients.
Our new monthly campaigns offer flexible work opportunities, ranging from part-time to near full-time, depending on the number of stores in your region. We are seeking self-motivated individuals dedicated to driving sales and representing our brand partners effectively.
Previous in-store demo sampling experience is preferred.
- Pay Rate: $120 per demo (4-hour shift)
- Pay Rate: $240 per day (8-hour day)
This compensation covers a 3-hour sampling period (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM), plus an additional hour for setup, tear down, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled based on your availability, primarily between Friday and Monday. This is a W2 position, with payments issued bi-weekly via direct deposit.
All applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be independent, reliable, and punctual.
- Capable of effectively communicating with assigned accounts and clients.
- Able to complete detailed and timely reporting.
- Possess reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations.
- Own a demo table and black tablecloth, or be willing to acquire them for the program.
- Hold a Food Safety Certification or be willing to obtain one.
