Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic and professional Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors to support an exclusive VIP conference at Caesars Forum, Las Vegas. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-profile event, working with top-tier clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for individuals who are high-energy, approachable, and professional to ensure an unforgettable experience for conference attendees.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is required, with high-profile experience being a significant asset.
- Comfort working long hours with sustained professionalism and positivity is essential.
- For Team Lead applicants, prior Team Lead experience or demonstrated ability to manage staff is a plus.
- Experience working this specific event or with other VIP/high-profile clients is preferred.
- Mandatory, paid in-person training is scheduled for November 13, 2025 (Las Vegas, time to be determined).

Compensation:
- Brand Ambassadors: $30.00 per hour
- Team Leads: $38.00 per hour
This is a VIP-level activation, and we are looking for candidates who embody professionalism, polish, and energy. Priority will be given to applicants available for all dates. No travel compensation is provided; applicants must be local or able to work as local talent.
