About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Representative (BA) to build relationships and elevate brand awareness for Dell within retail stores. This role is perfect for a "people-person" who can cultivate strong connections and generate excitement around Dell products.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, capable of fostering thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers. You will leverage these relationships to drive sales, provide training, and manage merchandising of Dell products across your assigned market. While all product training will be provided, we value your personality and positive energy.
A Day in the Life as a Dell Brand Advocacy Representative:
- Typically, you will work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule. We offer scheduling flexibility to promote a positive work/life balance while meeting business needs.
- Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis.
- Incentives will be based on achieving designated sales goals for Dell products.
- Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders, including shoppers and retail associates.
- Educate retail associates on the latest Dell offerings through strong relationship building.
- Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are consistently maintained by regularly inspecting all Dell branded displays and marketing materials.
- Travel within your assigned territory to physically visit various retailers, generating brand excitement among managers and retail associates.
