SWF In-Store Product Promotion

2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for Springs Window Fashions, North America's leading window-covering brand.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will work within major home improvement stores, guiding customers to the perfect window solutions and enhancing product visibility and sales for Springs Window Fashions.

What You'll Do:

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and customers.
• Maintain and set up product displays.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Generate leads to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Travel within your assigned territory, visiting 2-5 stores daily.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience or a strong interest in a sales career.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.
