SWF Window Covering Sales Program

2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to represent Springs Window Fashions, North America's leading window covering brand. This role involves working within major home improvement stores, assisting customers in finding optimal window solutions while enhancing product visibility and driving sales.

In this role, you will:

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build strong relationships with both store associates and customers.
• Maintain and set up product displays, ensuring effective merchandising.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Generate leads to increase sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive product education.
• Travel within your assigned territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Sales experience or a strong interest in developing a career in sales.
• An outgoing and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Comfort working in a retail environment.
