We have partnered with a client in the financial sector to recruit an experienced full-time Territory Manager for a field-based team. This role focuses on providing welcome services to new merchants.
A typical day involves meeting and onboarding new merchants who will be accepting our client's credit services. You will travel within your assigned territory, visiting up to 35 retailers per day. Approximately 50% of an 8-hour workday will be spent in-store. Occasional merchant visits may require up to a two-hour drive from home.
Key responsibilities include demonstrating the value of customers utilizing the client's line of credit services at merchants' businesses, addressing any objections from reluctant merchants, and attempting to place Point of Purchase signage at each business.
