Are you seeking flexible, project-based work that seamlessly integrates with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is looking for dynamic, outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands at Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and other major retailers during exclusive 10-day roadshows. This high-impact, short-term opportunity involves demonstrating products, engaging shoppers, and driving sales. There may be periods of downtime between events, depending on scheduling and brand requirements, making it ideal for those interested in flexible, event-based work with the potential for ongoing assignments.
Compensation: $20/hour plus overtime (W2 opportunity)
Location: Costco, 2800 Independence Dr, Livermore
Dates: October 17th - October 26th
Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail stores.
- Arrange products attractively to capture customer interest, ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and samples are professionally displayed.
- Actively approach and engage customers in a friendly and inviting manner to promote and sell products.
- Provide compelling product demonstrations and clearly explain key features and benefits.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for accurate timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real-time through designated mobile applications or reporting tools.
- Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC protocols for safety, conduct, and hygiene during events, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
- Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring all items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.

What You'll Need to ROC This Role:
- High School diploma or relevant work experience is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and maintain auto insurance that meets T-ROC's minimum coverage requirements.
