About This Role
2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team as an Activation, Field, or BA Manager. In this role, you will represent Springs Window Fashions, the premier window-covering brand in North America, working within major home improvement stores.
As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding optimal window solutions while significantly increasing product visibility and sales for Springs Window Fashions.
- Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products
- Cultivate strong relationships with both store associates and valued customers
- Maintain and set up compelling product displays to enhance merchandising
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals
- Generate new leads to drive sales growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service and comprehensive product education
- Travel within your assigned territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day
