WS Development Brand Ambassador Activation

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent WS Development at the picturesque MarketStreet Lynnfield.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be pivotal in bringing vibrancy to community activations. Your responsibilities will include distributing engaging giveaways, interacting positively with shoppers, and effectively promoting the WS Development app and loyalty program.

This is a temporary position with a pay rate of $30 per hour. A 3-hour pay minimum per shift is guaranteed.

• Location: MarketStreet Lynnfield — 600 Market St, Lynnfield, MA
• Dates & Times:
• Fri, Nov 14 — 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Sat, Nov 29 — 11:15 AM to 2:30 PM
• Sat, Dec 13 — 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Sat, Dec 20 — 11:15 AM to 2:30 PM

Key responsibilities include:

• Distributing giveaways and interacting with a diverse range of guests, including families, children, and holiday shoppers.
• Enthusiastically and clearly promoting the WS Development app and loyalty program.
• Maintaining a clean, inviting, and on-brand booth space.
• Demonstrating positive energy, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive attitude.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:

• An outgoing, approachable, and naturally engaging personality.
• Reliability, a team-oriented mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or events is a plus.

Uniform requirements include a client-provided branded top, personal black pants, and comfortable shoes.
