SharkNinja Product Sales & Demo

As a Brand Ambassador for SharkNinja, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing brand presence. Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing proprietary technologies, highlighting product features and benefits, and training retail salespeople to build advocacy for SharkNinja products. You will engage directly with consumers, managing end-to-end sales processes, including all POS transaction processing.

A key aspect of this role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. This includes Mosaic management, your peers, clients, and in-store personnel, often extending to high-level management. You will conduct product training and demonstrations for sales associates and retail partners, fostering advocacy and facilitating consumer engagement and sales.

Maintaining merchandising standards and product displays is crucial for building a strong SharkNinja brand presence. You will also be expected to provide competitive insights to Mosaic management when requested. Completing all administrative tasks and ongoing personal training in a timely manner is essential, along with other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or brand ambassadorship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and store associates.
• Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) transactions and cash register operations.
• Ability to work both independently and as a motivated team player.
• Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per shift and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs when necessary.
• Flexible availability to accommodate retail store hours.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
• Daily access to email/internet for reporting and communication.
• A Food Handler's Certification is highly preferred.
