Looking for a flexible, project-based opportunity that aligns with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands as an Event Sales Specialist for Jackery. This role involves showcasing products inside major retailers such as Costco, Sam's Club, and BJ's during special 10-day roadshows. This is a high-impact, short-term position focused on product demonstrations, engaging shoppers, and driving sales. There may be downtime between events depending on scheduling and brand needs, making it ideal for those seeking event-based work with potential for ongoing assignments.
Compensation: $20/hour + overtime (W2 Opportunity)
Location: Costco - 4305 Pineda Causeway, Melbourne
Dates: November 7th - November 16th (10 Days)
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Set up and arrange designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail stores.
- Ensure products are presented in an eye-catching manner and all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly and inviting way to promote and sell products.
- Provide compelling product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real-time using designated mobile applications or reporting tools.
- Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
- Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished for each event.
In this fast-paced retail environment, flexibility and adaptability are key!
Requirements:
- High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must meet requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Must carry and maintain auto insurance that meets T-ROC's minimum coverage requirements.
