Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment, a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers. Moment beverages are designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar, blending adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and effectively position Moment in leading retail stores.

As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demonstrations, merchandising activities, and various in-market events.

• Love Moment: Be aligned with the company's vision and intrinsically motivated to make a difference.
• Managing In-Store Demos: Conduct engaging demonstrations at retail locations.
• Educating Customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and arrange cans properly on shelves.
• Monitoring Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
• Representing Moment at Retail Events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, offer samples, and facilitate local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• $20 per hour for a 2-hour demo with an additional half-hour of merchandising.
