Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for one of North America's most iconic holiday programs: the Coca-Cola Caravan! We're looking for individuals who radiate energy, possess a passion for Coca-Cola, and love creating unforgettable experiences. In this role, you'll connect with consumers, spread Coca-Cola holiday magic, and make every moment sparkle by sharing special Coca-Cola moments and serving beverages.

Requirements:

• Ambassadors must have a valid Food Safety certificate.
• Reliable access to a vehicle is mandatory.

Program Overview:
The program runs for 5 days in each market/region. We are casting for individuals with open availability who can ideally work all or most days in a given market.

Each day will involve two stops at nearby locations (maximum 20-30 minutes apart). There will be a 2 to 2.5-hour break between stops to allow for travel and a personal break. Please note that 1 hour of this break/travel time will be unpaid, while the remaining 1 to 1.5 hours will be paid (this varies based on market and event locations).

This is an outdoor activation and will proceed rain or shine. Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

Training Information:

• Training will be conducted in-person, on-site prior to the event.

Compensation & Expenses:

• Pay Rate: $25 per hour
• Expense Reimbursement: $15.00 for gas per day
• Parking Reimbursement: $20.00 per day (if needed)

All Karma Casting positions are W2 employment and paid on a weekly basis.

• Week 3 (November 26th-30th): Baltimore, MD; Richmond/Norfolk, VA; Montgomery, AL; Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; and San Diego, CA
• Week 4 (December 3rd-7th): Bethlehem, PA; Charlotte, NC; Tampa/Orlando, FL; Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA
• Week 5 (December 10th-14th): Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Houston, TX; and Las Vegas, NV
