Perfect Draft Miami Sales Activation

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a part-time Perfect Draft Ambassador to join our team and drive sales in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company known for groundbreaking ideas and an innovative culture. Perfect Draft Ambassadors represent various featured brands at key off-premise accounts weekly, offering a jumpstart into the Adult Beverage Industry.

This position runs from now through December 31, 2025, offering up to 25 hours per week. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $30/hr, plus a $40 commission per unit sold, and additional weekly bonuses up to $250.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule up to 5 hours per day, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Conduct retail sampling and product demonstrations to encourage sales.
• Collaborate with AB distributors and the local team to ensure product availability.
• Submit program deliverables (e.g., recapping and reporting) accurately and on time weekly.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesalers.
• Manage local assets and materials.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales experience; on/off-premise sampling experience is a plus.
• Must be 21 or older and possess required Responsible Alcohol Training due to the dispensing of alcohol.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products.
• Engaging, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access.
• Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate and report while in the field.
• Must have Excel and PowerPoint experience.
• Willingness to travel within the market.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
