Perfect Draft Brand Ambassador Program

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a part-time Perfect Draft Ambassador to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and be part of a fast-growing company known for groundbreaking ideas and an innovative culture. As a Perfect Draft Ambassador, you will represent various featured brands at key off-premise accounts weekly, making a significant impact in the adult beverage industry.

This role offers a flexible schedule, with up to 25 hours per week, from now until December 31, 2025. Ambassadors will earn an hourly base pay of $30/hour, plus a $40 commission per unit sold, and additional weekly bonuses up to $250.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling shifts up to 5 hours per day, primarily in the afternoon, evenings, and weekends.
• Conducting retail sampling and product demonstrations to encourage sales.
• Collaborating with AB distributors and the local team to ensure product availability.
• Accurately and timely submitting program deliverables, including recapping and reporting, each week.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesalers.
• Managing local assets and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• One year or more of sales experience; on/off-premise sampling experience is a plus.
• Must be 21 years or older due to the dispensing of alcohol and requires Responsible Alcohol Training.
• Possess a reliable means of transportation.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• A genuine passion for meeting new people and promoting outstanding products.
• Engaging, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access.
• A personal smartphone with the ability to communicate and report while in the field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the market.
• Demonstrates a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
