Mosaic is hiring a Team Lead β Experiential Marketing for a major consumer electronics brand.
Location: In-Field, Milpitas, California, 95035
Schedule: This is a 1-month contract with possible extension, from November 21 β December 21, requiring 30β35 hours per week.
Pay: $25β$28/hour

What Youβll Do:
- Act as the main point of contact for Brand Ambassadors in your region.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Build team morale and provide coaching to drive success.
- Participate in activations and set the standard for consumer engagement.
- Handle logistics, staffing challenges, and on-site problem-solving.
- Review schedules, verify timesheets, and track KPIs.
- Compile reports and share insights with senior management.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Experience as a Team Lead, Field Manager, or Event Manager in experiential marketing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage logistics and resolve challenges quickly.
- Sales experience and comfort engaging with consumers.
- Regular access to a vehicle and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Required: Personal Transportation, Driver's License.
