This is a brand ambassador position for Mosaic Flex Staffing – Google Programs. Location: Milpitas, CA Schedule & Commitment:

• Start Date: Week of November 28th, with store walkthroughs on November 25th or November 26th.
• First shift kicks off on Black Friday (November 28th).
• End Date: Week of January 11th.
• Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (EVERY week November 28th - January 11th).
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (8 hours per day + 30-minute lunch break).
• Virtual Training: Scheduled for Friday, November 21st (time TBD).

Role Overview This Sales Associate position for the Google Holiday Program aims to drive awareness and sales of Google products (Pixel Buds, Pixel Watch, Pixel Phone) in-store during the crucial holiday season. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Google products at an assigned retail location.
• Engage customers, effectively demonstrate product features, and close sales.
• Maintain professional communication and meet established performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to sell and engage customers; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Priority will be given to candidates available for the full schedule.
• Comfortable working independently and consistently achieving performance targets.

Pay Rate: $30/hr Mosaic, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting. Mosaic may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications and locations in your state. This range may be modified in the future.
