About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team and seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for individuals who share our drive to execute successful new product launches for our clients.
This role offers part-time to nearly full-time work depending on the number of stores in your region, with new monthly campaigns extending through 2026. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can effectively drive sales and serve as regional representatives for our brand partners.
Compensation:
- $120 per 4-hour demo shift
- $240 per 8-hour day
This includes 3 hours of sampling time (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM) plus an additional hour allocated for setup, tear-down, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled around your availability, generally occurring Friday through Monday. This is a W2 position, with payments made bi-weekly via direct deposit.
Candidate Requirements:
- Independent, reliable, and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with assigned accounts and clients.
- Capable of completing detailed and timely reporting.
- Reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to various store locations.
- Possess a demo table and black tablecloth, or be willing to acquire them.
- Food Safety Certification is required, or the willingness to obtain one.
- In-store demo sampling experience is preferred.
