Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan Activation

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for the iconic Coca-Cola Caravan holiday program. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, passion for Coca-Cola, and a love for creating unforgettable experiences to connect with consumers and spread holiday magic. Brand Ambassadors will be sharing special Coca-Cola moments and serving beverages.

Ambassadors must have a valid Food Safety certificate and reliable access to a vehicle.

This program will be activating for 5 days in each market/region. We are casting for individuals who have open availability and can ideally work all or most days in each market. Each day will feature two stops at nearby locations in each market (20-30 minutes apart maximum). There will be a 2-2.5 hour break between stops to allow for travel and a break; however, locations will be in close proximity. Please note that 1 hour of the break/travel time between locations will be unpaid, while the remaining 1-1.5 hours will be paid (this time will vary based on the market and event locations). This is an outdoor activation that will be hosted rain or shine. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

Training will occur in-person, on-site, prior to the event.

The pay rate is $25/hour, plus an expense reimbursement of $15.00 for gas per day and $20.00 per day for parking (if needed). All Karma Casting jobs are W2 employment and are paid out on a weekly basis.

• Week 2 (November 19th-23rd): Philadelphia, PA; Nashville, TN; Birmingham, AL; Indianapolis, IN; Lubbock, TX; and Phoenix, AZ
• Week 3 (November 26th-30th): Baltimore, MD; Richmond/Norfolk, VA; Montgomery, AL; Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; and San Diego, CA
• Week 4 (December 3rd-7th): Bethlehem, PA; Charlotte, NC; Tampa/Orlando, FL; Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA
• Week 5 (December 10th-14th): Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Houston, TX; and Las Vegas, NV
