Dell Retail Brand Awareness

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Representative (BA) to build relationships and brand awareness for Dell within retail stores. The ideal candidate is a "people-person" with strong communication skills, capable of cultivating excitement for the Dell brand and products among both store associates and prospective customers.

As a Brand Representative, you will leverage these relationships to drive sales, provide training, and manage merchandising of Dell products throughout your assigned market. While we provide all necessary product training, we're looking for individuals who bring their personality and positive energy to our team.

A typical week for a Dell Brand Advocacy Representative involves:

• Working Tuesday through Saturday, with a flexible schedule to promote work/life balance and meet business needs.
• Refreshing product displays on a quarterly basis.
• Earning incentives based on designated sales goal performance for Dell products.
• Building partnerships and trust with key in-store stakeholders, including shoppers and retail associates.
• Educating retail associates on the latest Dell offerings.
• Ensuring Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained through regular inspection of all Dell-branded displays and marketing.
• Traveling within your assigned territory to visit various retailers, generating brand excitement among managers and retail associates.
