About This Role

Spirited Brands is an innovative beverage company founded by two visionary women, dedicated to disrupting the industry with premium, better-for-you drinks that offer exceptional taste. Our success is driven by impactful sales strategies, and we are seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador | Soula & Soke to join our team.

This role is fundamentally about selling and is distinct from typical sampling positions. We are looking for a confident closer who can effectively convert product samples into purchases. You will play a crucial role in introducing consumers to Sokē and Soula, sharing our brand narrative, and generating immediate sales. Success in this position is measured by units sold, with top performers receiving recognition and rewards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a pre-event store walkthrough (arrive 30 minutes early) to check inventory, organize products, and connect with store managers.
  • Professionally set up and break down your event space.
  • Actively engage guests, educate them on the product benefits, and confidently convert samples into purchases.
  • Drive multi-unit sales, leveraging incentives for customers purchasing two or more packs.
  • Submit an event recap detailing sales performance within 24 hours of the event.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years old.
  • TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ownership of a table & black tablecloth.
  • Ability to attend a mandatory brand training session.
  • Comfortable receiving a branding kit via mail.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Shifts:
  • Fridays: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
