This role is centered on direct sales and brand advocacy, moving beyond traditional sampling to focus on converting consumer interest into purchases. You will be instrumental in introducing consumers to Sokē and Soula, sharing our brand story, and significantly impacting immediate sales.
We track success by units sold, ensuring that top performers are recognized and rewarded for their contributions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct a pre-event store walkthrough 30 minutes prior to the event to check inventory, organize products, and connect with store managers.
- Professionally set up and break down your event space.
- Actively engage guests, educate them on our products, and confidently convert samples into purchases.
- Promote multi-unit sales, leveraging incentives for customers purchasing 2+ packs.
- Submit a detailed event recap within 24 hours, outlining sales performance.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old
- Possess TIPS Certification or be willing to obtain it
- Own a table and a black tablecloth
- Attend a mandatory brand training session
- Comfortable receiving a branding kit via mail
Compensation & Schedule:
This position offers competitive compensation tied to sales performance.
- Friday Shifts: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday Shifts: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
