About This Role

Join Mosaic's national Event Marketing Team as a Brand Ambassador | Event Marketing Team member. This role supports a high-profile Canadian brand, delivering best-in-class experiences across Canada. You will handle event operations, execution, and reporting, serving as the crucial link between the client and the agency. This dynamic position demands flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to manage both people and logistics for large-scale events, regionally and nationally.

This is an Annual Part-Time contract role, starting ASAP – December 31, with a 3-month probationary period. The market covered is Quebec. Hours will range from 0–40+ per week, depending on program needs. Travel is required, and you must have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities for this role will vary based on whether you are assigned a Lead or Support role, but all team members are expected to contribute to the following areas:

  • Event Operations & Logistics: Plan, oversee, and execute event setup, service, and tear-down. This involves extensive regional and national travel (50%+ with overnight stays). You will operate and maintain branded vehicles, including 35-ft box trucks, Mercedes Sprinter with trailers, and Ford Transit with trailers. Basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting will be required. You'll also maintain site cleanliness, product preparation, and vehicle organization.
  • Client & Program Servicing: Act as the primary client/vendor contact on-site when in a Lead role. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and the community. Manage client requests, provide updates, and handle day-of activation needs. Ensure professional guest interactions that enhance the brand's reputation.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Lead and supervise 2–5 team members per event when assigned a Lead role. Train staff to adhere to brand standards, recipes, and service expectations. Ensure safety, compliance, and a consistent brand presence at all activations. Serve as the escalation point for operational challenges.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Submit event recaps, performance metrics, and expense reports promptly. Upload photos, KPI data, and consumer engagement reports.

Compensation begins at a baseline rate of $28/hr. Pay increases are provided at the time of each event, adjusted based on the assigned position (e.g., Lead vs. Support role). Once the team is fully trained and evaluated, compensation will transition to a tiered pay system based on performance, experience, and leadership responsibilities.
