EcoFlow Costco Roadshow Sales

EcoFlow is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Brand Ambassadors to represent our cutting-edge portable power and solar products at Costco in-store roadshows. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic sales environment and are passionate about educating shoppers.

This is not a passive demonstration role. Brand Ambassadors will be actively engaging shoppers, generating excitement, and driving high-value sales of premium EcoFlow products throughout a 10-day in-store roadshow.

• Proactively initiate friendly conversations with shoppers to build interest and drive sales.
• Deliver confident, persuasive product demonstrations, highlighting EcoFlow’s features and value.
• Guide customers through questions, share key benefits, and foster confidence in their purchase decisions.
• Maintain an energetic and welcoming presence to maximize traffic and conversions.
• Assist with product setup, restocking, and light teardown.

Pay Rate: Competitive (W2 employer, paid weekly)

Roadshow Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, October 2nd – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, October 3rd – Sunday, October 12th (10 consecutive days)

Standard Schedule & Shifts:

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Fri–Fri, 10 consecutive days):
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Store hours may vary slightly by location; the final schedule will be confirmed before each show. Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift. Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days.

Uniform: An EcoFlow shirt will be provided (if available). Ambassadors must provide clean black pants and closed-toe shoes.

Other Details:

• Personal transportation is required.
• Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador.
