2020 Companies is seeking an experienced full-time Activation, Field, or Business Account Manager to join our client's team in the financial sector. This field-based role focuses on providing welcome services to new merchants, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. A Day in the Life:
- Meet and welcome new merchants who are accepting our client's credit services.
- Travel within your assigned territory, visiting up to 50 retailers per day.
- Dedicate approximately 50% of your 8-hour workday to in-store activities.
- Occasionally, merchant visits may require up to a two-hour drive from home.
- Demonstrate the value of customers using the Client's line of credit services at their business.
- Address and capture any objections raised by hesitant merchants.
- Attempt to place Point of Purchase (POP) signage at each business location.
