True Classic Costco Roadshow

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for a True Classic Tees Roadshow / Costco Activation in Murfreesboro, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a best-selling apparel brand and drive high-volume sales.

Project Overview: True Classic Tees is hosting an exclusive 10-day roadshow at Costco. We are looking for friendly, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to engage shoppers, create excitement around limited-time deals, and confidently guide customers toward multi-item purchases. This is an active sales role requiring ambassadors to be on their feet, proactively welcoming shoppers and promoting True Classic’s premium, perfectly-fitted, and affordable basics.

Compensation: Brand Ambassadors will receive a competitive rate of $28 per hour.

Work Schedule:

• Setup (optional): Thursday, December 11th from 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM (2.5 hours) and Friday, December 12th from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM (1.5 hours).
• Roadshow Dates: Friday, December 12th – Wednesday, December 24th (10 consecutive days).
• Standard Daily Shifts:
  
  • Friday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hours) & 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hours)
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hours) & 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hours)
  • Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hours) & 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hours)
• Final Teardown: Wednesday, December 24th from 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hours).

Note: Store hours may vary, and the final schedule will be confirmed. Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma Casting will staff 2-3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to ensure full coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively greet shoppers, communicate product benefits, and encourage multi-pack purchases.
• Product Education: Effectively highlight the soft fabric, perfect fit, and exceptional value of True Classic Tees.
• Drive High-Volume Sales: Implement a friendly yet confident sales approach to maximize conversions and daily unit sales.
• Customer Experience: Provide assistance with sizing, restocking merchandise, and directing customers to checkout.
• Presentation: Maintain organized, folded, and visually appealing product displays throughout the day.
• Operations Support: Assist with event setup, inventory organization, and light teardown tasks.

Uniform Requirements:

• Provided: True Classic shirt (if available).
• Ambassador Provides: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes.

Additional Details:

• Personal transportation is required.
• Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador.
• Karma Casting is a W2 employer, and all roles are paid weekly.
