Brand Ambassador | Transformer Table

Transformer Table is a renowned furniture brand celebrated for its innovative, space-saving designs, including extendable dining sets and table-to-desk solutions. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Brand Ambassadors to engage shoppers and drive sales through product education and hands-on demonstrations during a 10-day in-store roadshow.

This role requires a proactive approach. Brand Ambassadors will not just staff a display but actively move around the floor, initiate conversations, demonstrate product features, emphasize the transformation and versatility of our furniture, and help customers envision how Transformer Tables can solve their unique space or lifestyle challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively start friendly conversations with shoppers to showcase Transformer Table's premium furniture solutions.
• Demonstrate Products: Confidently present product features, transformations, and value through live demonstrations (e.g., extending tables, modular setups).
• Educate Customers: Explain product quality, functionality, and pricing to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Drive Conversions: Build excitement and guide shoppers through the next steps to close high-value sales.
• Maintain Presentation: Ensure the booth is organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Support Operations: Assist with set-up, light tear-down, and kit organization as needed.

Dates:

• Setup (day before): Thursday, October 30th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, October 31st – Sunday, November 9th (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (standard rhythm):

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Friday–Friday, 10 consecutive days):
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Please note that store hours may vary slightly by location; the final schedule will be confirmed before each show. Brand Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to ensure all shifts are covered across the 10 days.
