We're looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to support our talented team in delivering unforgettable brand interactions. You will play a crucial role in the execution of our projects, working closely with our Projectionist and Production Team to set up, operate, and troubleshoot projection equipment and related technologies. From concept to execution, you'll ensure that every projection enhances the narrative and visual impact of our campaigns.

This position is for the Nashville, TN market. Dates are TBD and subject to change, with typical shifts from 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM (times are subject to change). The rate for this position is $225 per night.

As an Assistant to our lead Projectionist, you will assist with gear setup, ensure the safety and security of all company equipment, and capture hourly photos to upload to our company Slack Channel. This job may require minor heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and calibration of projection equipment at various locations throughout the night.
• Conduct pre-event checks and tests with your Projectionist the night before the campaign to ensure all projection systems are functioning correctly.
• Use Slack to assist the Projectionist in uploading pictures and video, and to communicate your arrival times and all activity in the field, including movement from location to location.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Take pictures and videos as instructed by the Projectionist if needed.
• Perform duties required by the National Experiential Management Team.
• Drive from location to location when and as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in AV setup, projection mapping, or related technical fields preferred.
