National Experiential Projection Production

We're looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to support our talented team in delivering unforgettable brand interactions.

This position is based in Seattle, WA, with dates from Sunday, December 14th - Thursday, December 18th, 2025. Working hours are primarily 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (times are subject to change). The rate for this role is $225 per night.

As an Assistant to our lead Projectionist, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our projects. You'll work closely with our Projectionist and Production Team to set up, operate, and troubleshoot projection equipment and related technologies. From concept to execution, you'll ensure that every projection enhances the narrative and visual impact of our campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the setup and calibration of projection equipment at various locations throughout the night.
• Conduct pre-event checks and tests with your projectionist the night before the campaign to ensure all projection systems are functioning correctly.
• Using Slack to assist the Projectionist in uploading pictures, video and to communicate your arrival times and all activity in the field, including movement from location to location.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Take pictures and videos as instructed by the Projectionist if needed.
• Perform duties required by the National Experiential Management Team.
• Drive from location to location when and as needed.
• Assist with setting up gear.
• Ensure the safety and security of all company-related equipment.
• Capture photos hourly and upload to our company Slack Channel.

This job may require minor heavy lifting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in AV setup, projection mapping, or related technical fields preferred.
