About This Role

On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our sales-driven team, dedicated to successful new product launches for our clients.

New monthly campaigns offer our team part-time to nearly full-time work, dependent on the number of stores in your region. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can drive sales and serve as committed regional representatives for our brand partners. Experience in in-store demo sampling is preferred.

We offer $120 per 4-hour demo shift and $240 per 8-hour day. This compensation covers a 3-hour sampling period (11 AM-2 PM or 3 PM-6 PM) plus an additional hour for setup, tear-down, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled based on your availability, typically occurring Friday through Monday.

  • Pay Rate: $120 Per Demo, $240 Per Day
  • W2 employment, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

All applicants should possess the following qualities and capabilities:

  • Be independent, reliable, punctual, and capable of effective communication with assigned accounts and clients.
  • Ability to complete detailed and timely reporting.
  • Have reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations.
  • Possess a demo table and black tablecloth, or be willing to acquire them for the program.
  • Hold a Food Safety Certification or be willing to obtain one.
