Purslane Sustainable Event Dishwashing

Purslane is seeking talented Dishwashers to join our team for diverse, high-touch events in the New York City area. As part of The Oberon Group, a community-focused hospitality company, we are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint with every event and setting a new standard for sustainability in the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality. We offer a flexible event schedule with expected hours of 10-35 per week, dependent upon seasonal and operational needs.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assist in the execution of diverse events
• Must have experience as a Dishwasher and operating commercial dishwashing machines
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50lbs

All staff are required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older and eligible for employment in the state of New York.

Purslane is a W2 Employer, providing weekly pay.

Required uniform includes a black shirt, black slacks, black belt, and black shoes.

Must be able to fluently speak and understand English.
