Well Known Water Brand Activation

Creative State is seeking a dynamic team for an ongoing street team activation for a well-known water brand in the NYC/Brooklyn area. We are looking for 1 Team Lead and 2 Brand Ambassadors. This program will run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from August 29th until the end of October.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES for the TEAM LEAD:

• Experience driving a cargo van and/or a 16" box truck.
• Organized, energetic, with excellent communication skills, and punctual.
• Proven experience managing and working with a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to comfortably carry a backpack with cold product (+30 pounds).
• Responsible for completing event recaps, including photos, at the end of each activation date.
• Will pick up a designated rental van/truck, visit our storage unit for product and asset pick-up, and return remaining product and assets.
• Responsible for purchasing ice prior to every activation date. Reimbursements will be made weekly with payroll upon submission of a valid, dated, and itemized receipt.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES for BRAND AMBASSADOR:

• Experienced in guerrilla sampling.
• Outgoing and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
• Energetic and embodies an active lifestyle.
• Ability to comfortably carry a backpack with cold product (+30 pounds).

Preference will be given to candidates available for most or all of the program dates.
