ESPN Field Goal Challenge

Brand Besties is looking for an energetic and engaging team to bring the excitement of ESPN College GameDay to Norman, Oklahoma, as a Brand Ambassador for an immersive field goal challenge activation.

This event aims to generate hype for the upcoming Oklahoma vs. Alabama College Football Playoff game. Staff will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant atmosphere, engaging with fans of all ages, and representing ESPN with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Date & Time: December 19, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Pay: $30.00/hr. A 4-hour minimum will be paid unless the shift is extended on-site.

Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt.

We are seeking candidates who are extremely outgoing, fun, professional, and possess strong communication skills, confidence, and an upbeat attitude.

Positions Available:

1. Brand Ambassadors (10 Staff)

• Manage lines and maintain efficient participant flow.
• Support overall event operations and provide assistance as needed.
• Offer clear direction and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
• Help ensure safety, smooth transitions, and a well-organized activation environment.
• Engage with guests, bringing approachable and friendly energy throughout the day.
• Answer general questions about the activation and guide participants through the process.

Brand Ambassadors are essential for a smooth and welcoming experience, keeping operations running efficiently with an upbeat attitude.

2. Hype Squad / Wranglers (5 Staff)

• Bring high energy and a big personality to attract crowds and build excitement.
• Hype up participants before they attempt their field goal.
• Engage with groups and encourage passersby to join the experience.
• Wrangle participants, manage crowd enthusiasm, and maintain strong activation energy.
• Create a fun, festival-like environment that embodies the College GameDay spirit.
• Support the event team with crowd interaction and maintain high momentum.

Hype Squad members should be charismatic, bold, comfortable in front of crowds, and able to instantly spark excitement. This role is ideal for those who are naturally loud, fun, outgoing, and quick on their feet.
