Brand Ambassador | Eleven8

As a Brand Ambassador for Eleven8, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entry experience. Your primary responsibility will be to scan tickets using the Vivenu Scan Manager app and provide each guest with a wristband.

Schedule:

• 5:00 PM: Shift begins
• 6:00 PM: Doors open
• 7:00 PM: Event begins
• 11:00 PM: Shift ends

Ushers (Quantity 4)

Ushers will be strategically stationed around the venue to assist guests in locating their seats, contributing to a positive event experience.

• 6:00 PM: Doors open
• 7:00 PM: Event begins
• 10:00 PM: Shift ends

You will engage with the public by initiating conversations, answering basic inquiries, and fostering a positive brand experience for all attendees. Representing the brand, you will maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, effectively conveying the client’s values and messaging.

If required, you will track interactions by collecting relevant information, such as contact details and feedback, and report on daily promotional activities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness is paramount; you will keep the promotional area tidy, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and comply with all local regulations. Collaboration with team members, including fellow promotional staff and team leads, is essential to ensure a seamless and effective campaign.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Outgoing Personality: Confident, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to deliver clear and concise product or event information.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (up to several hours at a time).
• Reliability & Punctuality: Must be dependable and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work part-time or on short notice, including weekdays, weekends, or evenings, as needed.
• Prior Promotional Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in street marketing, retail sales, or event promotion is a plus.
