Eleven8 Food/Beverage Store Demo

Eleven8 Event Staff is seeking professional, personable Waitstaff and Servers to support VIP events, brand activations, and corporate functions for top clients such as TikTok, Netflix, and Amazon. As a member of our hospitality team, you will contribute to a polished guest experience by assisting with food and beverage service and event flow. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, guest-focused, and thrive in lively, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and serve guests professionally and courteously, maintaining a polished, attentive presence at all times.
• Food & Beverage Handling: Tray-pass hors d'oeuvres, serve plated meals, or manage beverage service in compliance with event guidelines.
• Event Support: Assist with the set-up and breakdown of dining areas, buffets, and service stations.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a tidy work area and adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other servers, bartenders, and event leads to ensure seamless service.
• Client Representation: Reflect the professionalism and energy of Eleven8's brand and the client's event vision.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous serving, catering, or hospitality experience preferred (fine dining or event experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift and carry trays or equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Food Handler's Card or Alcohol Server Permit (preferred but not required).
