True Classic Costco Roadshow Activation

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Brand Ambassadors for a True Classic Tees Roadshow and Costco Activation.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent True Classic Tees, a leading brand in premium, everyday apparel, at an exclusive 10-day roadshow. We are looking for proactive individuals who can drive high-volume sales and create an engaging shopping experience for Costco members.

Location: Ocean Township NJ – Costco 329 / 2361 NJ-66, Ocean Township, NJ 07712

Project Overview: Brand Ambassadors will be actively on their feet, welcoming shoppers, generating excitement around limited-time deals, and guiding customers to discover True Classic's soft, perfectly-fitted, and affordable basics. This role requires a confident sales approach to maximize multi-item purchases.

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Dates:
Setup: Thursday, December 11th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
Roadshow: Friday, December 12th – Wednesday, December 24th (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):
Setup: Thu 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Fri 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
Show Days (Fri–Wed, 13 consecutive days):

• Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)

Saturday:

• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
• 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)

Sunday:

• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
• 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)

Final Teardown: Wednesday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Store hours may vary; final schedule will be confirmed. Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift; Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to ensure full coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively greet shoppers, communicate product benefits, and encourage multi-pack purchases.
• Product Education: Highlight the premium features of True Classic Tees, including fabric softness, perfect fit, and everyday value.
• Drive High-Volume Sales: Maintain a friendly yet confident sales approach to achieve maximum conversions and daily unit sales.
• Customer Experience: Provide assistance with sizing, restock merchandise, and direct customers for checkout.
• Presentation: Ensure displays remain organized, neatly folded, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Operations Support: Assist with initial setup, inventory organization, and light teardown procedures.

Provided: True Classic shirt (if available)
You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes

Other Details:

• Personal transportation is required.
• Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador.
• Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
