About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Activation, Field, or Business Area Manager to drive Chromebook sales and brand presence. This role involves enhancing the customer experience, supporting retail partners, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excite customers by promoting Chromebook products.
  • Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards for all products and displays.
  • Identify sales opportunities and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the primary contact for Chromebook.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, collaborating with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to effectively sell Chromebooks.
  • Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong working knowledge of G-suite.
  • Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.
