Fox Sports Tailgate Tour

NFuse 360 is seeking a talented Tour Manager to join our experiential marketing team. This role is for our acclaimed heritage program, The Fox Sports Tailgate Tour, which is celebrating its 26th year as the longest and largest college sports program. We are looking for an individual with exceptional people skills, meticulous attention to detail, and infectious enthusiasm.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrating foundational knowledge of the client and their products and services.
• Acting as a direct representative of the brands NFuse 360 supports.
• Creating comprehensive event recaps and capturing high-quality event photos.
• Collaborating with venue contacts, vendors, and onsite staff to ensure seamless set-up, execution, and breakdown of event displays.
• Engaging with consumers, maintaining a clean and professional appearance for both yourself and equipment, and providing assistance and answering consumer questions onsite.
• Demonstrating a proven ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot event equipment, such as generators, computers, tablets, sound systems, monitors, and interactive displays, to resolve any onsite challenges.
• Assisting in the management of onsite staff and enhancing the consumer experience within the event footprint.
• Safely packing assets for efficient transit to and from event sites.
• Helping to manage program inventory effectively.
• Coordinating all necessary travel accommodations.

Position Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must possess a current, valid Class A driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving a truck with a towable trailer or a large box truck.
• An enthusiastic event marketing professional with experience in product demonstrations, retail, sales, and cooking.
• 3 years of event management experience.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• A clean driving record is essential.
• Ability to accommodate 100% independent travel, which may include driving or flying to various locations across the U.S.
• Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
