About This Role

The Prego Expo, LLC is seeking committed and enthusiastic Event Staff for an upcoming on-site event in Orlando, Florida, from October 17th to 19th.

As Event Staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event set-up projects and providing a welcoming and helpful presence for guests throughout the day.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for preparing event door bags by stuffing them with samples and flyers prior to the event. During the event, you will distribute these door bags to attendees as they enter the venue and ensure door bag trees are continuously restocked. Another key responsibility will be supporting the registration process, which includes scanning tickets, managing lines, and efficiently guiding attendees into the event. You will also be expected to inform attendees about the various activities available at the show and explain how to enter shipped giveaways, while also distributing the appropriate materials based on their ticket type.

Qualifications:

  • Prior trade show or event experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Required: Fully speak and understand English.

Compensation:

  • $18 per hour, to be paid via check after the event concludes on October 19th.
  • A 30-minute paid lunch break will be provided on the 18th and 19th.

Attire:

  • Jeans and comfortable sneakers.
  • A t-shirt will be provided.

Attendees with dietary restrictions are encouraged to bring their own water bottle and snacks.
