About This Role

The Prego Expo, LLC is seeking enthusiastic and reliable temporary, on-site Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an upcoming event in Orlando, October 17-19th.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a critical role in ensuring attendees have a memorable and informative experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling event door bags with samples and flyers prior to the event.
  • Distributing door bags to attendees as they enter the venue and restocking as needed.
  • Assisting with registration, including scanning tickets and managing lines to ensure a smooth entry process.
  • Explaining various activities happening at the show and how to enter into shipped giveaways.
  • Distributing appropriate materials based on attendee's ticket type.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about events and enjoy interacting with the public.

Qualifications:

  • Prior trade show or event experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Must fully speak and understand English.

Compensation:

  • $18 per hour, provided via check after the event concludes on October 19th.
  • A 30-minute paid lunch break will be provided on October 18th and 19th.

Attire:

Jeans and comfortable sneakers. A t-shirt will be provided. Attendees with dietary restrictions should bring their own water bottle and snacks.

  • Explaining activities happening at the show and how to enter into giveaways
  • Distributing appropriate materials depending on attendee ticket type
