This is a short-term, high-impact position focused on product demonstrations, customer engagement, and driving sales. Following each roadshow, there may be periods of downtime between events, contingent upon scheduling and brand requirements. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible, event-driven work with the potential for ongoing assignments.
Here are the details:
- Pay is $20/hr
- 4-week assignment
- Wednesday - Sunday schedule
Responsibilities:
- Set up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail environments.
- Arrange products attractively to capture customer attention and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
- Approaching and engaging customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell products.
- Provide compelling product demonstrations and articulate key features and benefits.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real-time.
- Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
- Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
