Looking for a flexible, project-based opportunity that integrates seamlessly with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands at special 10-day roadshows within retailers such as Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and other major big-box stores. This is a high-impact, short-term role focused on product demonstrations, customer engagement, and driving sales. Following each roadshow, there may be a period of downtime between events, subject to scheduling and brand requirements. This position is ideal for those seeking flexible, event-driven work with the potential for ongoing assignments.
Compensation: $20/hour PLUS commission and overtime.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and maintaining a designated display, kiosk, or demo station within retail environments.
- Arranging products attractively to engage customers and ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
- Approaching and engaging customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell products.
- Providing compelling demonstrations and clearly explaining key features and benefits.
- Performing additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilizing company-required applications and digital tools, including Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Accurately logging all sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real-time via designated mobile applications or reporting tools.
- Adhering to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including the proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
- Monitoring, transporting, and maintaining promotional inventory, ensuring all items are secure, clean, and replenished as required for each event.
In this dynamic retail environment, adaptability is crucial. To excel in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or relevant work experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license, the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and current auto insurance that meets T-ROC's minimum coverage requirements.
- Strong communication skills, effective presentation abilities, and keen attention to detail.
